November 23, 1997 - Potassium Soup of Blanched Vegetables
Carrots
Celery
Spinach
Pinch of Salt
Garlic - 1 Clove
Olive Oil - 5 Drops

Boil water, turn off the heat and add chopped vegetables.
Add a little salt, the garlic, and a little olive oil.
Cover the soup and let it sit until the water comes to an edible temperature.
Eat and enjoy.
